We want to let everybody know that we are still open for business during this period. We are taking every precaution possible to make sure that we can still deliver the perfect gift for a new baby because we believe that it's still important to celebrate such special times, especially given the current circumstances.
We will be endeavouring to operate as normal a service as possible, however some areas are out of our control such as delivery services and supply chains. We will keep you updated as much as possible as always. Our customers are our first priority so we will always let you know of any changes as soon as we know.
Please allow for a little extra processing time during this period, we will endeavour to get your orders to you as soon as possible. If there is any problem with your order we will, of course, let you know as soon as we can and offer you an alternative/refund wherever possible.
Please note that many couriers including the Royal Mail are no longer asking for customers to sign for an item and that any order should be checked once it is received.
But ultimately we want you to be able to enjoy your new arrival, so we are still here to help you celebrate them!
