Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase but we understand that sometimes problems occur. We use only registered couriers and Royal Mail to ensure your items arrive in the best condition and we have our own, specifically designed boxes to protect your purchase.
However, accidents can happen so if the packaging looks damaged, please check the contents before agreeing to take delivery wherever possible. This is the best way to ensure we can achieve compensation if the item is damaged. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel in order to qualify for a refund. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer but we will endeavour to claim compensation for you from the courier responsible.
If you find that a specific item in your nappycake or gift set is faulty then please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent once the item has been returned to us for inspection. Again, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot accept returns of any complete nappycake or baby gift once it has been opened due to health and hygiene reasons. Refunds will only be offered in this case if an item is proven to be faulty.
Sizing
All sizes stated are as accurate as possible and we follow the manufacturers guidelines on clothing sizes and measurements of blankets etc.
For our handmade items we put the recommended sizes from the knitting patterns used. Knitted blankets can vary slightly as they are all handcrafted individually but we try to keep them as close to the stated sizes as possible.
We use Pampers size 3 nappies which are recommended for babies between 6-10kg (13-22lbs). Clothing is for between 0-3 months and for some items 0-6 months. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that these sizes are suitable for the intended recipient. If you would like an item in a different size (for example tiny baby for premature arrivals) then please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note this will incur an additional fee due to the bespoke nature of the item.

All prices shown do not include any VAT as we are not a VAT registered company.
Postage costs will be added at check out and the prices can be found below.
We reserve the right to change the polices on our website, however we will not change the price of any order once it has been placed.
Postage
We deliver them to the whole of Mainland UK using our especially designed boxes to ensure they arrive safe and sound. For postage to Non Mainland addresses and Worldwide, please contact us. We will deliver direct to your chosen recipient at no extra cost, just enter the correct delivery address and message for the gift tag when asked to do so.
- Orders up to and including £15 - £3.99
- Orders over £15 but under £100 - £4.99
- Orders over £100 – FREE POSTAGE
We aim to dispatch our nappycakes and gift sets within 72 hours of your order being placed. Carriage can take up to 3 working days so we advise to order at least a week before you require your item. This is to ensure that your cake is perfectly handcrafted and made especially for you.
Smaller items such as our baby gifts will be dispatched within 48 hours and will be sent by whichever method is the most efficient at the time, either courier or Royal Mail. Sometimes you may receive a smaller item in recycled packaging. This is part of our commitment to do all we can to help the environment and cut down on waste.
All our nappycakes and baby gifts can be delivered directly to your chosen recipient. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address at checkout. If you choose this option then we can write a message on the gift tag for you, just let us know in the comments box provided.

The images used within this website are for illustration purposes only. Although we make every effort to ensure that items remain as shown it is sometimes necessary to substitute items for those of equal or better quality.
This is especially true with regards to clothing as the seasons change and we use the latest designs available.Copyrights

Follow any care instructions on items in your nappycake or baby gift carefully.
Items such as photos frames have fragile components so please treat with care.
The Environment
We care about the environment and try to reuse and recycle where possible. We would love it if, after unwrapping your purchase, you could do the same. Please follow local council guidelines on what can and cannot be recycled.
